Recognizing our unity under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and the common mission He has given us t o fulfill the Great Commission, our purpose is to be an evangelistic ministry that will function during NASCAR  sanctioned reaching events and at the other such racing venues located in Pennsylvania.

An evangelistic ministry will be defined as: sowing seeds.  Representing the life-changing power of Jesus Christ, through written, verbal, and musical testimony and ministry to lost and hurting souls at these ministry sites.

All activities in the name of Pennsylvania Racing Outreach will relate to this purpose.

This purpose will have been fulfilled when the race fan and others ministered to have a positive and memorable experience of the event.
