PARTICIPATION
The
most important thing for every Volunteer and Member is to have a Christ like
attitude at all time. This ministry
could be shut down with one person acting in an inappropriate manner.
Go to a Race Team member if a problem is brewing.
Nip it!
Volunteers who participate will be expected to:

Realize that each represents Jesus to the racing fans and the
raceway staff. We are guest of the Track and will observe
all rules pertaining to PRO.

Agree to the stated purposes of PRO - and act according.

Attend PRO Volunteer Orientation and Training session.

Sign a Volunteer Liability Release for each event they participate in.

Attend regularly scheduled ministry meetings.

Wear PRO shirt or appropriate apparel while representing
PRO, including track identification and/or credentials at
all Times when on Track premises.

At no time shall a Volunteer or Member loan his identification
to another person. This will bring immediate surrender of
the identification and removal of track security from the premise.
