MEMBERSHIP
There are four classifications of individual membership in PRO.
VOLUNTEERS
First,
Volunteers who serve on the PIT CREW will help the RACE TEAM Leaders in all
phases of our ministry. Every
volunteer will be assigned to work with a team but may help others as necessary.
This is ministry. If a brother needs help, help him, but do not forget your own
assignment.
Volunteers
must attend and complete an Orientation Program. They must print from the net or E-mail their own Volunteer
Orientation Manual and will be responsible to keep it updated.
A registration form must be filled out completely and on file with the
Secretary. Also, an insurance
waiver must be signed for each event and filed with the Secretary.
Orientation
Programs will be held as necessary wherever needed.
No dues will be assessed to a volunteer. A volunteer will not have a voting voice in the decisions of PRO.
Second,
dues paying members, called the RACE TEAM may vote and take part in all ministry
activities. Full membership
involves all of the requirements of a Volunteer along with a commitment to
participate in all meetings and events that are possible. Only RACE TEAM members
may be elected Officers and Team Leaders. Spouses may vote and participate in all activities.
Children under 18 do not have a vote.
Children may wear official apparel.
Official apparel is a golf shirt which can be ordered thru PRO at a cost only basis. Volunteers and Members are encouraged to obtain and wear PRO shirts at all events.
SHOP
CREW
Third, are SHOP CREW Volunteers. These volunteers give their time to the ministry away from the Raceway. These volunteers have committed to pray for all of us involved with the ministry. They stay at home and give us the spiritual support to under gird our efforts in Jesus’s name.
ORGANIZATIONAL OR COMMERCIAL SPONSOR/MEMBER
The
Fourth classification of membership is as an organizational or commercial
sponsor / member. They do not have
a vote at any meeting and cannot be elected to an office.
Dues
are annual, from January to December. $20.00
for individual and $30.00 for family. Corporate or Organizational membership is $50.00.
