FUND RAISING and CONTRIBUTIONS
Pennsylvania Racing Outreach does not act as a vendor at any function. All food, water, services, etc. that are provided in the name of PRO are without financial cost to those receiving them.
On-site donations are not solicited. Information concerning how to make donations to PRO will be made available upon request.
PRO will not allow other vendors to use its ministry site to promote their goods or materials for financial gain. Ministry groups that participate in the PRO program are allowed to sell specific items related to their ministry (ie: tapes, CD’s, Etc.).
All contributions, including in-kind contributions, will be reported, so that an official and accurate accounting may be maintained of funds/goods received. In-kind expenses incurred will be reported, in order that an official and accurate accounting may be maintained of the cost of ministry.
PRO may solicit funds or in-kind contributions from vendors and others (for equipment, supplies, services, etc.) with the above stipulations concerning vendors.
PRO does not advertise, support or recommend one vendor in preference to another.
